Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

Provide unparalleled service to customers purchasing roofing, building, and remodeling products. First point of contact for in-person customers, phone sales, and direct calls within the company.

What You Will Do

Process orders, engage in suggestive sales, obtain necessary information, and up-sell products. Utilize CRM to track leads and manage customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development
  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Experience with Exterior Building Supplies
  • Ability to understand technical products
