Assistant – Revenue Operations

Role Overview

The Assistant – Revenue Operations is an integral part of Latham’s Revenue Operations team, supporting Revenue Operations leadership in all aspects of the revenue process, while processing Work-in-Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) write-offs as appropriate. This role will be located in our New York office and may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

What You Will Do

Applying Billed On Account balances, processing time/costs transfers and narrative edits to timecards, liaising with Coordinator – Revenue Operations, managing shared mailbox, assisting with data input into financial systems, and protecting and maintaining sensitive information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably
  • Prior work experience in a professional services environment, preferably
  • Experience using financial systems, preferably
