Role Overview
Granicus is hiring a Sr RevOps Program Manager to serve as the end-to-end operational owner of key growth initiatives, including GXA (AI solution) and GXG/GXC Workshops. This role ensures board-funded investments translate into measurable pipeline growth, ASP expansion, win-rate improvement, and bookings.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end GTM operations across the full funnel (Marketing → BDR → AE → Pre-Sales) for village selling with a focus on GXA (AI Solution) GTM & Experience Center Workshops. Drive pipeline growth, ASP expansion, and win-rate improvement through funnel diagnostics and execution improvements focused on GXA & pre-sales workshops.

5–8 years of experience, ideally in RevOps, Sales Ops, GTM strategy, or related roles. Experience leading or supporting pipeline generation, sales execution, or GTM programs. Strong analytical mindset with experience working with funnel and pipeline metrics.
