Role Overview
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you’ll drive the technical aspects of solutioning throughout the sales process, ensuring seamless alignment with the solution design and resolving technical concerns to build client confidence in our solutions.
What You Will Do
You’ll deliver technical proof points, customized demonstrations, and technical enablement to complement solution narratives, while maintaining deep knowledge of ZoomInfo’s product suite and addressing customer-specific technical challenges.

Requirements
- 3+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or technical sales experience in SaaS or Enterprise technology
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and quickly grasp technical concepts
- Customer-obsessed approach with a knack for solving problems through technology
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with technical business documentation such as workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, and RFPs/RFIs
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) or marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua)
- Experience with APIs to connect applications or data for customized, complex use cases is a plus
