The Research & Data Analyst supports the department in applying data-driven strategies to enhance the Center’s operational effectiveness, conducting market and sector research, and generating insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of operational plans and strategic initiatives using data-driven methodologies.
- Conduct in-depth market and sector research through data analysis tools and techniques to assess trends, demand, and supply of cultural offerings.
- Apply data modeling and competitive analysis frameworks to identify and evaluate key competitors and industry benchmarks.
- Develop and refine performance indicators to measure program effectiveness and impact.
- Generate actionable insights and prepare comprehensive analytical reports using visualization tools.
- Assist in evaluating the social and cultural impact of the Center’s programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to extract, process, and interpret data, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and digital transformation strategies.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards, presentations, and data summaries for management review and strategic discussion.
