Role Overview
As a Sr. Financial Inside Sales Consultant, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment to help everyday people move from struggling to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. You’ll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving. You’ll work from home/hybrid and have the opportunity to earn $100k+.
What You Will Do
Close deals, manage up to 20 active transactions, and consistently exceed daily and weekly targets to maximize your commission. You’ll identify customer pain points and articulate how our best-in-class loan product provides the solution.

You’ll be motivated by an uncapped commission structure and the opportunity to earn $100k+. You’ll have the flexibility to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day and come into our Tempe, Arizona office for a duration of training.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recent inside sales experience
- Closing Power: A proven track record of succeeding in commission-heavy roles
- Speed & Accuracy: Ability to navigate Salesforce (or similar CRMs) while maintaining a high-energy conversation
- Flexibility: Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day
