Role Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented operations contractor to own account provisioning during UK business hours. This is an ongoing role with no fixed end date — we’re building long-term coverage, not filling a temporary gap.
What You Will Do
Own account provisioning end-to-end during your shift: setting up demo accounts for demos booked by our GTM team, fix and resolve flagged account issues as they come in, and monitor the provisioning-issues channel during your shift and escalate appropriately.
