Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first conversation a prospect has with Subtext, identifying target accounts, creating engagement through outbound prospecting, and qualifying inbound interest before handing off qualified opportunities to AEs.
What You Will Do
You’ll generate interest through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social outreach to prospects within your target accounts, qualify inbound leads, identify and prioritize top prospects, schedule qualified discovery calls, and share process feedback with the VP of Sales and Sales Ops.

Benefits
- Base salary range $53,000 to $63,000 per year
- Additional incentives bring total potential compensation to $71,000 to $81,000
