About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented Contract Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead AdxReel’s revenue growth.

This is a leadership role for someone who is confident in building business from the ground up, closing high-value partnerships, and creating a scalable revenue engine.

The successful candidate will work directly with the Founder & CEO and will be responsible for driving revenue growth across advertisers, digital agencies, sellers, service providers, and strategic business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation

  • Develop and execute AdxReel’s revenue growth strategy.
  • Generate new business opportunities and close high-value commercial deals.
  • Drive sustainable monthly revenue growth.

Advertiser Acquisition

  • Acquire brands, advertisers, and media buyers.
  • Secure advertising campaigns and long-term advertising partnerships.
  • Build relationships with enterprise customers.

Digital Agency Partnerships

  • Identify and onboard digital marketing agencies.
  • Build long-term strategic agency relationships.
  • Expand AdxReel’s advertising partner network.

Seller & Service Marketplace Growth

  • Acquire new sellers and service providers.
  • Increase marketplace participation and recurring business.
  • Develop partnership programs to accelerate growth.

Business Development

  • Identify new market opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Represent AdxReel in strategic meetings and business discussions.

Sales Leadership

  • Build and improve sales processes.
  • Develop revenue forecasting and sales reporting.
  • Recruit and mentor sales professionals (with company approval).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be measured based on:

  • Monthly revenue collected.
  • New advertiser acquisition.
  • New agency partnerships.
  • Seller onboarding revenue.
  • Service provider onboarding revenue.
  • Enterprise partnerships secured.
  • Sales pipeline value.
  • Customer retention and repeat business.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships.
  • Proven experience in AdTech, Digital Marketing, SaaS, Marketplace, E-commerce, or Enterprise Sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire enterprise customers and strategic partners.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience building revenue teams and sales processes is preferred.

Compensation

This is a 100% Performance-Based Contract Role.

There is a fixed monthly salary base on the monthly revenue.

The selected CRO will earn commissions based on actual revenue received by AdxReel from customers directly acquired through their efforts.

Commission Structure

  • Advertising Revenue: 5% commission
  • Seller Revenue: 3% commission
  • Service Provider Revenue: 3% commission

Performance Bonus

Additional bonuses may be awarded for achieving mutually agreed monthly revenue milestones.

Payments will be processed at the end of each month after verification of revenue received.
