The Manager Digital Marketing helps drive ticket sales, revenue, and long term fan engagement by improving how we market across digital channels. This role focuses on understanding performance, using data to make decisions, and improving how fans move through our digital journey.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO/SEM, email, social, and web analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms (Stellar Algo, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, dashboards, similar reporting tools).
- Skilled in project management, prioritization, and cross‐functional coordination.
- Strong understanding of acquisition, onsite behavior, segmentation, and personalization.
- Innovate and problem‐solve to optimize digital experiences and drive measurable results.
- Excellent communicator who can turn complex data into simple strategies and next steps.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
