Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced, highly organized project coordinator who knows how to keep complex work moving. As our Project + Marketing Operations Coordinator, you’ll coordinate cross-functional marketing and brand projects from intake through delivery.

Project coordination, project intake and workflow, marketing operations and process improvement, vendor and budget coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management in an agency or corporate environment
  • Experience managing projects from concept through completion and coordinating multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders to move complex projects forward
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify project risks, dependencies, bottlenecks and workflow issues
  • Experience with Monday.com or a similar project management platform
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
