Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities. You will play a key role in revenue growth, interacting with potential clients, clearly communicating the value of our platform, and supporting the closure of deals.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for opportunity creation, strategic prospecting, sales funnel management, market research and analysis, collaboration with Marketing & Sales, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar roles
  • Demonstrated ability to reach and exceed KPIs, with experience in high-volume cold calling campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • Ambition and growth orientation
  • Basic knowledge of AI/LLM tools
  • Fluent Italian (native level)
