Role Overview
Own the strategy and performance of the agency/dealer sales channel, delivering revenue and market-share growth, expanding distribution coverage, strengthening dealer partnerships and developing the sales team.
What You Will Do
Build sales, volume and market-share plans by region and product group, recommend dealer pricing, discount, incentive and support policies, expand the dealer network and points of sale while strengthening existing dealer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Trade or a related field
- Approximately 5–7 years of relevant experience and 4–5 years of management experience, preferably in industrial manufacturing, distribution or electrical equipment
- Strong English reading and communication capability
