What You Will Do

Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, oversee partner operations, and lead a local operations team. Take ownership of key business metrics and analyze operational performance to achieve business targets.

Requirements

  • A track record of personally owning and hitting aggressive volume or revenue KPIs
  • Strong commercial instincts — able to source, pitch, and close partners independently
  • Experience managing performance-based partner or contractor relationships
  • Fluent in English and fluent in Vietnamese
