Product Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Product Operations Manager will own how the product actually gets delivered, adopted, and improved in the real world, sitting at the center of Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams.

What You Will Do

The Product Operations Manager will drive product launches, build and maintain scalable launch playbooks, translate product into practice, give clinic ops a rolling quarter of visibility, and own release notes and documentation standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Operations, GTM, Business Operations or similar execution-heavy roles
• Tech-focused healthcare startup experience required—ideally with direct exposure to providers/clinicians and the pressures and tools they work with
• Proven track record of launching products and driving adoption
• Track record of measuring adoption and outcomes post-launch, as well as ongoing product KPIs
• Strong analytical instincts; comfortable defining metrics, working with product analytics/data, building and maintaining dashboards and reports that teams trust
• Experience writing for non-technical operational audiences; release notes, documentation, enablement material
• Strong systems thinker; you’ve built processes that scale across teams
• Exceptional communicator; you can translate between engineers, clinicians, and operators
• Experience managing feedback loops, support workflows, or ticket triage
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity; you create clarity where none exists
• High urgency and ownership; you move fast and finish what you start
• Fluency with AI tools (especially Claude) to increase speed and leverage
