Role Overview
The Senior Sales Operations Manager will design, plan, and execute operational strategy in support of the evolving Amazon Ads business. This person will work closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to create and support initiatives to drive long-term growth for the US LCS advertising business.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will build and maintain operational infrastructure to support sales teams, execute day-to-day operational programs, and develop and implement programs to increase sales productivity.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in sales operations or equivalent
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
