Role Overview
Join the team at Cascade Hotel Kansas City and Aloft Kansas City Country Club Plaza as a Business Transient Sales Manager. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow corporate business, strengthen market relationships, and drive revenue performance across both properties.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute business transient sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, support revenue strategies, and build strong relationships with corporate partners.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hotel business transient, corporate, or related sales experience
- Proven success achieving sales goals and developing client relationships
- Strong understanding of corporate travel, negotiated accounts, and hotel sales practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM/sales systems
