Role Overview

Coordinate the development and production of proposals for federal government contracts in the water and wastewater sector. Facilitate the development of all MSG federal government contract proposals, including the coordination of the multitude of activities and inputs that come from a cross-functional team that are required for the creation of federal contract proposals.

What You Will Do

Coordinate and schedule technical due diligence, site visits, and evaluation, face-to-face negotiations, preparation of negotiation messages and initial and revised proposals. Assist with document control and QA/QC of documents used in the bidding process and creation of electronic or digital copies of documents as required by the Government.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Solid understanding of and experience with federal contract management, and proposal development activity and scheduling
  • Experience with preparing and tracking production of business proposals
  • Significant experience working in multi-functional teams
