Role Overview
The Enablement Manager will own the people side of complex systems and process changes end to end, spanning stakeholder strategy, communications, training, and readiness. They will develop and execute comprehensive change enablement strategies, own the communications strategy, and design and deliver training programs.
What You Will Do
The Enablement Manager will conduct change impact assessments, translate impacts into actionable plans, and build and manage readiness frameworks. They will work closely with project teams and business leaders to ensure change activities are tightly integrated with implementation timelines and business objectives.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in change management, organizational enablement, or a related field
- direct experience owning both communications and training workstreams for enterprise systems implementations or large-scale organizational transformations
- experience with OCM methodologies and frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar) is valued but not required
- U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access controlled data
