Product Operations Specialist, Air Defense C2

Role Overview

The Air Defense team builds robots that find other robots and knock them out of the sky. The Product Operations Specialist will help keep the C2 compute program running smoothly at scale by supporting the operational backbone that connects the deployed fleet to the teams who build, ship, and sustain it.

What You Will Do

The Product Operations Specialist will support the feedback loop, maintain the single source of truth, data and reporting, maintain and improve process and tooling, support program scalability and fulfillment, and coordinate incident triage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree
• 2+ years of experience in product operations, technical operations, program/product support, or a comparable role in a high-energy, fast-paced startup, hardware, or logistics environment
• Demonstrated ability to turn operational or field data into insights and recommendations that support cross-functional decisions
• Ability to communicate and coordinate technical and non-technical efforts across product, engineering, business, and sustainment functions
• Ability to work proficiently and stay organized across multiple connected systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack)
• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
• Ability to work on-site a minimum of 3 days per week at Anduril’s Irvine, CA office
