Director of Growth Marketing position at a fast-growing fintech company, responsible for building and owning an AI-native outbound growth engine from scratch, leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven experimentation.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, or B2B Go-To-Market functions
- Proven success building outbound programs from scratch in high-growth technology companies
- Strong AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to research, enrich, personalize, and optimize campaigns
- Experience designing automated workflows and scalable systems
- Strong experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo or ZoomInfo, HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Smartlead, Instantly, or similar outbound platforms
- Experience in fintech, payments, financial infrastructure, SaaS, or related B2B technology sectors is highly preferred
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design experiments and optimize performance using data
- Systems thinker who can build repeatable and scalable processes
