Hands-on role for someone early in their career who enjoys solving messy problems, digging into data, working closely with users and operations teams, and turning insights into better products and processes.
What You Will Do
Improve the end-to-end user journey across discovery, counselling, application and admissions, analyse funnels, call outcomes, CRM data and user behaviour to find drop-offs and opportunities.

Requirements
