ITAD Operations Associate (Finance-Focused)

Role Overview

The ITAD Operations Associate will own the financial side of our IT Asset Disposition program, a small, fast-moving team responsible for what happens to hardware at the end of its life, and for the money that comes back when it’s resold or recycled.

What You Will Do

Ingest settlement and revenue reports from our resale and recycling partners, reconcile device-level and order-level ITAD revenue against actual bank deposits, and own the end-to-end credit issuance workflow in partnership with Finance.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We’re looking for someone with 2–5 years in reconciliation, cash applications, billing, audit, accounts payable/receivable, or financial operations, and strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in reconciliation, cash applications, billing, audit, accounts payable/receivable, or financial operations
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets: lookups, pivots, text-to-columns, deduplication, and genuine comfort cleaning up badly formatted exports
• Strong spoken and written English
• The judgment to know when something is wrong, and the confidence to escalate rather than force a match
• High attention to detail, and the ability to run several parallel workflows without losing track of any of them
• Comfortable with structured SOPs, but restless about improving them
