AI Operations, Applied AI Research and Design Developer

Role Overview

Lead the technical design and validation of new AI opportunities, accelerating the organization’s AI ambitions. Collaborate with product management to translate pitches into feasible solutions and own the technical validation lifecycle.

What You Will Do

Own the technical validation lifecycle, from partnering with product management to developing a rapid POC to prove the viability of AI solutions. Lead the execution of POCs, own the technical handoff to engineering, and drive the team’s long-term technical strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong Python skills, including data manipulation and analysis
• Hands-on experience building AI applications on LLM APIs
• Working knowledge of ML evaluation
• Understanding of AI guardrails
• Proficiency with LLM-assisted coding tools
• Clear written and verbal communication
