Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Salesforce guru who can move fluidly between admin configuration, custom development, and strategic advising. You’ll own our Salesforce ecosystem end-to-end.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary owner and subject-matter expert for our Salesforce org(s), including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or other clouds in use.

This is a role for someone who gets genuinely excited about clean data models, elegant automation, and turning a tangle of business requirements into a scalable Salesforce solution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
• Salesforce Administrator certification required
• Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, or Advanced Administrator certifications strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools
• Experience with declarative development and knowing when custom code is (and isn’t) the right call
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other SaaS tools via API or middleware
• Strong analytical skills and comfort translating ambiguous business requests into technical specs
• Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing a full sandbox-to-production release process
