Analyst Sales Operations

Role Overview

Ascend Learning is seeking an Analyst Sales Operations to assist the Sales Team with CRM management, sales process management, and sales team performance reporting. The role requires strong analytical capabilities and the ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines. The Analyst will work hybrid out of the Leawood, KS office and be responsible for implementing best practices across the sales organization.

What You Will Do

The Analyst will develop and implement sales strategies, policies, and procedures to increase sales productivity and revenue growth. They will collaborate with sales team members and other departments to identify and address opportunities to improve sales processes, systems, and tools. The Analyst will also analyze and report on sales performance metrics, manage and maintain CRM systems, and provide training and coaching to sales representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field
• Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets using tools such as D365, HubSpot, Salesloft, Smartsheet, Excel, Powerbi, and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data to stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly D365 and/or HubSpot
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices
• Results-driven mindset
