Role Overview
Business Development Representatives excel in having conversations online, through email and by phone. They partner with field sales representatives and marketing personnel to generate demand with outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound leads. This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Burlington, MA or Leawood, KS office location.
What You Will Do
Develop strategies to draw in potential buyers and solicit new customers, follow up on inbound leads, create relationships with prospects, and schedule qualified appointments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field
- Experience working with D365 or Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Positive attitude with the desire to work in a rapid-growth, entrepreneurial environment
- Self-starter that is driven to succeed with a strong work ethic
- Proven prospecting and business development success through the effective use of sales tools: LinkedIn, Microsoft Office and various CRM systems
- Comfortable working with potential customers to identify pain points, understand requirements and correlate the value of the solutions that we can provide to address their specific pain points
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with remote sales teams
