Role Overview
The Assistant General Sales Manager supports the General Sales Manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail store, overseeing sales KPIs and handling customer-related issues.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include coaching sales staff, maintaining budgeted administrative costs, and ensuring proper staffing levels. You will also prepare and administer impact coaching sessions and coordinate daily and weekly huddles.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires the ability to motivate employees, handle guest concerns, and interview and staff retail locations. You will work with the Visual Presentation Manager and report changes in policy to staff members.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2 + years working in the retail industry
- Ability to motivate employees to achieve sales KPIs
- Ability to handle guest concerns in a timely manner
- Ability to interview and staff retail location
