Role Overview

As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying and delivering technology-driven solutions that enhance employee experience across GBS. You will work in an agile environment, translating business needs into functional requirements with a strong focus on AI-enabled solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyse business processes, and support the development of dashboards and reports. You will also contribute to the evaluation of technology solutions and preparation of business cases.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, data analysis, or similar role within a multinational or matrixed organisation
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Microsoft Lists) and data-driven solution development
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder engagement
• Understanding of agile ways of working and exposure to digital, automation, or AI-driven initiatives
