Role Overview

Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow Astro product sales in retail channels, building strong relationships with retail partners and analyzing sales performance.

What You Will Do

Identify new retail partners, achieve sales targets, and provide ongoing support to retail partners to effectively sell Astro products and services.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, retail sales, or partner management, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of retail ecosystems, especially small to mid-sized businesses
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Able to travel as required
