Role Overview

Atari is seeking a highly organized Business Operations Product Manager to scale our operational infrastructure. The role involves working across business operations, Salesforce administration, and systems implementation to translate business needs into scalable processes and workflows.

What You Will Do

The Business Operations Product Manager will serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, design and document commercial processes and workflows, and manage operational workflows for business opportunities, agreements, and contracts.

• 3-5 years of experience in business operations or related functions
• 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
• Proven ability to design, document, and improve business processes and operational workflows
• Experience translating business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams
• Experience creating user guides, training materials, and operational documentation
• Strong ownership mindset
• Proven proficiency with leveraging AI for efficiency and solutioning
• Ability to pull, clean, and analyze data, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with legal workflows in business development organizations
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and experience partnering with executive leadership

Benefits

• Target Salary: $85,000 – $110,000
