Head of Product Operations (Core)

Role Overview

The Head of Product Operations will lead and improve the operations that are directly linked to our products, enhancing fraud detection, streamlining customer support processes, and managing cash projections. The role will directly impact our operational integrity and deliver a trustworthy and seamless experience for our users.

What You Will Do

Drive the entire fraud management and detection across all our product types and at payment process level, streamline customer support workflows, oversee the maintenance of our coupon auto apply and app to app operations, and partner with finance to ensure we have enough cash on all our providers’ account.
