Senior SEO Manager Content & AEO

Role Overview

As a Senior SEO Manager Content & AEO, you will take on a central role in the further development of our organic visibility – from classical search to AI overviews and large language models.

You will identify potential, set priorities and drive SEO and content initiatives independently from analysis to implementation and measurement.

Requirements

• several years of fundamental SEO experience
• independent development and implementation of larger SEO, organic growth, or search initiatives
• concrete examples of measurable improvements in organic visibility, traffic, conversion, leads, or other business KPIs
• understanding of search intent, content SEO, information architecture, internal linking, and technical SEO basics
• ability to assess which levers promise the greatest impact
• data- and hypothesis-driven approach
• confidence in handling tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Sistrix, Ahrefs, Semrush, or comparable SEO and analytics tools
• ability to communicate complex SEO topics clearly and win over Product, UX, Tech, and Marketing stakeholders without direct authority
• excellent German language skills and fluent business English
