Role Overview

The Global Partner & Portfolio Lead is responsible for designing and activating the enablement strategy that brings Avanade’s Partner Ecosystem, Microsoft alliance, Solution Area strategy, and portfolio priorities to life for the global sales organization.

Translate business priorities into actionable seller activation plans that accelerate adoption and drive measurable commercial outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs in Sales Enablement, Partner Enablement, Portfolio Management, Go-to-Market, Sales Operations, Marketing, or related disciplines
• Experience working within highly matrixed global organizations
• Proven success driving initiatives that require influence across multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience supporting sales organizations, partner ecosystems, strategic alliances, or go-to-market teams
• Experience driving adoption of strategic partner and portfolio initiatives
• Strong program and project management capabilities, including planning, execution, governance, and performance measurement
• Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to translate complex strategies into scalable, user-centered experiences
• Experience with change management, adoption strategies, and business transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement
