Role Overview
Partner Success Manager (Enterprise) role sits within the Technical department, acting as the technical right hand to the Enterprise Partner Sales lead. Focus is on the Enterprise Partner portfolio across Benelux and the Nordics.
What You Will Do
Build strong relationships with partners, develop tailored strategies to introduce AvePoint Elements, and enable partners through onboarding, training, and certification programs.

Proven experience in partner success, channel enablement, or technical account management, strong understanding of SaaS, cloud platforms, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to translate technical value into business outcomes
- Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus
