Role Overview
AvePoint is seeking a Senior Director of Field Enablement to lead and scale global enablement programs that drive revenue growth, productivity, and excellence across customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate is a seasoned enablement leader with field experience, ideally in B2B and SaaS, with a strong track record in content creation, program design, and enablement strategy.
What You Will Do
Partner with teams across functions to develop and deliver global enablement programs for sales and technical staff, track key metrics for new and experienced hires, and build partnerships and processes to continuously improve AvePoint’s enablement efforts.

Requirements
- 8+ years in field enablement, sales enablement, or a related role, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred
- Proven success designing and scaling global enablement programs
- Strong experience in content design, curriculum development, and authoring
- Demonstrated ability to build and run enablement programs end to end
- A hands-on, practical leader who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Able to operate at both strategic and executional levels
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with LMS/LXP platforms and certification programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with influence at all levels
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence across functions and levels
- Experience in a global role across regions, cultures, and time zones
- Content localization experience is a plus
