Marketing Manager, Northern Europe

Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager, Northern Europe, you will be responsible for providing life-saving solutions to public safety and security agencies worldwide. You’ll have the agility of working within a small, in-region sales and marketing team while benefiting from the resources and backing of a profitable, publicly traded company.

What You Will Do

As the Marketing Manager, Northern Europe, you will own the Northern Europe Marketing Function, act as a market expert, and lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for the Benelux and the Nordics. You will also increase awareness and shift perception in our core policing market, create a pipeline to drive adoption of Axon’s growing product portfolio, and stay attuned to global public safety trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally at a public safety, SaaS or technology company
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies and managing external or in-house agencies
• Expertise in digital/growth marketing, events and public relations or public affairs
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to speak and write English fluently
• Experience working with customers in Northern Europe (Benelux, Nordics)
