Role Overview

Join Axon as a Senior Product Operations Manager I to help define and maintain the international operations playbook, SOPs, and launch checklists for Axon’s VR training platform. This role will work closely with the International VR GTM Lead to build the operational foundation for international launches, ensuring that each market has the necessary structure and processes in place.

What You Will Do

The Senior Product Operations Manager I will run the day-to-day operations of international launches, ensuring that pre-sales teams, post-sales teams, and hardware delivery are ready to sell and serve in each market. They will also help define, implement, and scale the international T&E program, partnering with in-market trial managers and Product Operations.
