Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you’ll drive new business growth across our R&D Tax Credits practice in the North East. You’ll identify, develop and close opportunities with prospective clients, and build long-term relationships with finance directors, CFOs and business owners.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a new business sales strategy for the R&D Tax Credits service line, generate, qualify and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and lead client meetings and pitches.

Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a B2B new business sales or business development role
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Commercially aware, with a strong understanding of current business and market trends
- Experience managing, coaching and developing junior team members
- Experience in R&D, innovation, or professional services
