Role Overview

Join the Payroll & People Operations team at Back Market, a global marketplace for refurbished devices, to own the end-to-end Spanish payroll cycle, handle payroll queries, and contribute to automating People Operations workflows using Workday and AI tools.

What You Will Do

Own the Spanish payroll cycle, handle payroll queries, coordinate with external providers, maintain data quality, and partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT to deliver a seamless employee experience.

You have 4-5+ years of hands-on experience processing Spanish payroll, a solid understanding of Spanish social security, tax requirements, and employment legislation, and strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
