Role Overview
The People Operations Specialist will own the day-to-day People function, from HRIS administration and compliance to employee experience and office operations. This is a hands-on, generalist role for someone who enjoys building efficient processes as much as being a trusted advisor for employees and leaders alike.
What You Will Do
The Specialist will own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, run full-cycle recruiting, maintain HRIS and other People Operations systems, continuously improve processes, serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, and ensure pay is accurate and employee questions are resolved promptly.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HR/People Operations, hands-on experience with an HRIS platform, solid working knowledge of federal and state employment law, and excellent judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee information.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in HR/People Operations
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform (Rippling experience a strong plus)
- Solid working knowledge of federal and state employment law, compliance, and reporting requirements
- Experience supporting benefits administration and payroll coordination
- Excellent judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee information
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable acting as a trusted advisor to employees at all levels
