Role Overview

Reynolds American is seeking a Senior Manager Campaign Operations to join the Digital Campaign Operations team, responsible for developing campaigns and partnerships that enable the company’s sophisticated data-driven investment strategies.

What You Will Do

The role will involve leading and managing a team of campaign managers and agency partners, serving as a subject matter expert for Adobe Campaign solutions, designing and architecting customer journey solutions, and overseeing end-to-end campaign execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Market Research, or a related field
• 5+ years of Digital Marketing and Campaign Operations experience
• 2-3+ years of hands-on Adobe Campaign experience
• Experience leading teams and agency resources in campaign execution and marketing operations environments
• Strong expertise in Customer Journey Management, Audience Segmentation, Personalization, and Lifecycle Marketing
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Marketing Automation and CRM platforms
• Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Experience managing campaign setup, testing, validation, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
