Business Development Center Representative

Role Overview

As a Business Development Center Representative at Audi Shawnee Mission, you will play a direct role in transforming the auto industry by providing extraordinary customer service, scheduling appointments, and achieving goals to increase ongoing service retention. What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include scheduling appointments for the Service Department, ensuring customer retention, using a multi-line phone system to receive high-volume inbound calls, and achieving and maintaining goals to increase ongoing service retention. Other responsibilities will be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
