Manager – Business Development (Real Estate)

Role Overview

Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in real estate, including land acquisition, development partnerships, and investment opportunities. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and project feasibility assessments to support business expansion and investment decisions.

What You Will Do

Source potential land and development opportunities, conduct preliminary due diligence, and coordinate land-related legal and administrative activities. Negotiate and facilitate land purchase proposals, development agreements, and other commercial and legal arrangements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, LLB or a related discipline from a reputed university
• At least 5 year(s) of experience in real estate and land management
• Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities
• Strong understanding of the real estate and property development industry in Bangladesh
• Practical knowledge of land acquisition processes, joint venture development, project feasibility, and real estate investment opportunities
• Good understanding of property laws, land documentation, registration procedures, regulatory requirements, and relevant government approvals
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with landowners, investors, corporate organizations, and industry professionals
• Proficiency in MS Office, business reporting tools, and CRM/ERP software
