Field Enablement Manager (Enablement Program and Platform Manager)

Role Overview

Benchling is rebuilding biotech for the AI era. The Field Enablement Manager will own the Docebo LMS end-to-end and build the onboarding curriculum to enable customer-facing teams to deliver at a high level.

What You Will Do

Own all Docebo administration, design and maintain LMS content architecture, build and maintain dashboards and reporting, develop scalable onboarding and continuous learning programs, and author courses and assessments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, or enablement within a B2B SaaS company
• 2+ years of hands-on LMS administration experience; Docebo strongly preferred
• BS or M.Sc. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or similar life science field
• Life science background or experience enabling teams serving scientific industries
• Strong content development skills; can author or direct the creation of clear, engaging enablement materials without always having deep domain expertise
• Demonstrated ability to design and build end-to-end curriculum, not just maintain content, including learning paths, assessments, and certifications
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise 360, or similar) and assessment tools (e.g. Skillable, Questionmark, or similar)
• Strong project management skills; can own a program from scoping through launch and iteration
• Experience building learning metrics and using data to improve program effectiveness
• Familiarity with KCS methodology or knowledge management best practices, a plus
