Benevity is a global leader in online workplace giving, donation matching, volunteering, and community investment software seeking a Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team. The role will assist leadership with forecasting, analyzing, and understanding financial plans and results.

Requirements

• Work closely with the FP&A Manager and senior business partners
• Develop financial forecasts
• Deliver variance analysis
• Support strategic business decisions
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders
• Prepare board decks, executive presentations, and investor communications
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate financial analysis
• Contribute to implementation of new financial planning tool
• Own FP&A data maintenance and integrity
