Meet Benevity, the global leader in online workplace giving, donation matching, volunteering, and community investment software. We’re seeking an Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team, assisting in the development of the annual budget, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
Requirements
- Work closely with the FP&A Manager and senior business partners across Benevity
- Develop financial forecasts that accurately predict business performance
- Deliver consistent and reliable variance analysis of the company’s financial, people and operational data
- Support strategic business decisions through ROI-focused financial modeling and analysis
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Prepare board decks, executive presentations, and investor communications
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate financial analysis, automate reporting tasks, streamline workflows and surface insights
- Contribute to implementation of new financial planning tool
- Own FP&A data maintenance and integrity across our planning and reporting systems
- Support ongoing enhancement of financial processes, systems and data
