Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be the strategic driver and active maker in the in-house department, responsible for sales initiatives and customer development. Your role will focus on proactive conversation management, result-oriented generation of new sales opportunities, and close cooperation with Regional Sales.
What You Will Do
Your tasks will include sales & acquisition, conversation management, CRM & data quality, preparation, lead tracking, pipeline management, and teamwork & processes.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will be a good fit if you have extensive experience in telephone customer communication, a high closure orientation, active listening, and targeted conversation management. You should also be familiar with CRM systems and office programs, and have secure German language skills.
Requirements
- Completed commercial education
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Inside Sales or sales in-house department
- Experience in the B2B field
- Familiarity with CRM systems and office programs
- Secure German language skills in writing and speaking
