Role Overview

Böhme is a leading lifestyle retailer seeking an outgoing Sales Lead to work in conjunction with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments.

What You Will Do

The Sales Lead will be responsible for opening and closing the store, executing bank deposits, completing cash refunds, and promoting sales goals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organization, verbal, and written skills, with at least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Requirements

• Minimum high school education or equivalent
• At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education
• Excellent organization, verbal, and written skills
• Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications
