RevOps Lead

Role Overview

The RevOps Lead will structure, scale, and lead the Revenue Operations function at Bigblue, building the operating system for revenue teams and ensuring Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams have the right processes, tools, and reporting to reach ambitious growth targets.

What You Will Do

The RevOps Lead will be responsible for defining and owning the RevOps roadmap, managing and coaching the RevOps team, creating clear ownership and rituals, and building a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or a similar role in a fast-growing B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, CRM systems, pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial operations.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data and business problems into clear recommendations.
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-changing environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on mindset: comfortable both defining the roadmap and diving into operational details when needed.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align Sales, Marketing, Finance, Ops, and leadership teams.
• Strong documentation and change management skills to drive adoption across teams.
• Fluent French and English.
